Possibly my best (or maybe worst) characteristic is that I'm permanently disappointed with my very own understanding.
This may be why I've shown a particular ability for maths and physics. Just understanding is never ever adequate for me; I should at least try to carefully understand the thinking behind the maths I do, and afterwards, take my expertise to its limits. Asking all the time why something is the way it is, perhaps to the annoyance of my speakers, is something I'm compelled to do. I, as well as numerous others, find this Socratic technique of understanding and training to be exceptionally beneficial in building a basic understanding of mathematics and physics from basic concepts, and I endeavour to inform in exactly this manner.
I wish I could inspire trainees with my extreme love of mathematics and physics or, at least, expose the subjects as far much less overwhelming than they appear. Naturally not everybody is a mathematician, and various minds discover at different speeds, nonetheless I will certainly intend to leave a lasting and valuable impact.
